Since 1999, Churches In One Accord has served as a relational home for leaders and organizations committed to biblical faithfulness, accountable leadership, and transformative service.

A fellowship born from a call to build in accord.
Churches In One Accord was founded by Drs. B. Theron and Grace M. Williams to strengthen the Body of Christ through covenant relationships, mature leadership, sound governance, and practical ministry service.
Over more than two decades, CIOA has established, covered, partnered with, counseled, and mentored churches, nonprofits, and leaders. It has consecrated bishops, ordained elders and deacons, and developed educational training for those called to serve.

Founder · Presiding Prelate
Dr. B. Theron Williams
Dr. B. Theron Williams is an executive leader, bishop, educator, grant administrator, author, advisor, and coach with more than 40 years of experience. His work connects ministry, education, organizational development, community advocacy, technology, and international humanitarian service.
Kingdom and organizational leadership
He founded Churches In One Accord and serves as its Chairman. He founded Kingdom of God College, where he serves as Chancellor, and the Center for Global Diplomacy, where he serves as CEO. His ministry also includes pastoral leadership in the Family of Kingdom Reign Churches. Through Theron Global, he provides advisory, consulting, and technology services.
Grant and community service
His grant leadership includes program development, readiness assessment, partner coordination, budget oversight, fiscal accountability, compliance, reporting, community engagement, and sustainability. He has supported grant administration for faith-based nonprofits and provides leadership for Western Tidewater Mobile Life Care.
Education and credentials
His credentials include a PhD, DD, MBA, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and Certified Professional Coach (CPC).

Dr. Grace M. Williams
Dr. Grace M. Williams is a United States Navy veteran, ordained minister since 1999, and bishop consecrated in 2015. She brings 26 years of civilian government leadership and 27 years of pastoral ministry, including church planting and service to congregations, leaders, and communities.
Kingdom and organizational leadership
Dr. Grace is a co-founder of Churches In One Accord, Kingdom Reign Church (formerly One Accord Worship Center), Kingdom of God College, the Center for Global Diplomacy, Career Innovations of America, and Global Kingdom Connections. She has also served through church affiliations in the United States and Africa.
Ministry and public service
Her ministry includes 27 years of pastoring, church planting, and service to congregations and leaders. Her 26 years in civilian government leadership and her Navy service inform a life of disciplined public and organizational service.
Education and credentials
Her academic preparation includes three Bachelor of Science degrees, a Master of Theological Diplomacy, and a Doctor of Theological Diplomacy. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC).
